The hotel had a great location near downtown and clean rooms, but the condition of certain amenities was disappointing. The elevators were rickety, and the shower didn't have grab bars, which is important for safety. Even though there were several hiccups, we made the best of our time here.

I had issues with my room key not working several times, which necessitated trips back to the front desk. This took away from my overall experience. Another inconvenience was the inconsistency with hot water in the shower. It didn’t last long enough, which could be bothersome, especially after a long day. The hotel itself had a pleasant ambiance. It felt modern and was well-decorated. The breakfast options were decent too, offering some variety. The dining area was clean and inviting.

However, the lack of housekeeping services over four nights was disappointing. my room remained uncleaned throughout and trash was never taken out. Requests for towels went unfulfilled, adding to a frustrating experience. The absence of available WiFi also hindered my ability to stay connected during my visit.

our stay at wyndham was fantastic! the king room was super clean and spacious, perfect for our family. my kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and hot tub, and the staff were all so friendly. it was conveniently close to i-71, making it easy to access. plus, the coffee shop was a nice touch!
